Marigolds are the workhorse of any dye or vegetable garden. This common, but colorful, flower produces an easy to extract and dependable bright yellow dye. It is also a wonderful ally for other plants in your garden, as it naturally produces insect repelling chemicals. If you are not planting them on their own, intersperse them with other herbs and veggies to keep away nematodes, beetles, and other harmful bugs.

To Grow
Start indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost date or direct sow after danger of frost has passed. Sow seeds 1/4” deep. Plant 8-12” apart.

Each packet contains 25+ seeds.

These seeds are sourced directly from my garden. They are non-gmo and organically grown. All compost used is generously provided by my herd of angora rabbits.
